The line up for the 1984 Fox Body Mustang changed. The base models were “L models”, upgraded models were branded “LX”, Turbo GT and GT’s were available in hatch and convertible models. The SVO was introduced midway through the year. The 1984 model year no longer offered the hood scoop.
